Update on service package pricing

I would like to provide some updated information regarding HBK service package pricing. Over the past few years HBK has not adjusted pricing to keep up with the rising cost of products and inflation. Due to this, prices will be adjusted.
Summary of adjustments starting Monday March 31, 2025:

• All colour services will increase by 20$ to $30.
• If a change to your booked service package is required, this must be done more than 24 hours before the time of your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours (which result in a shorter appointment and lower cost than your booked service package) will incur a fee due to a loss in revenue and inability to book another client in the remaining time. This will be at the discretion of your stylist.
• If an adjustment is required for your service package, please log into the HBK booking page and make the necessary changes before contacting HBK for assitance. If your changed service leaves a gap in the booking calendar, you may be contacted by HBK to adjust your appointment time and date to fit it into an appropriate time slot.
