The September HBK Newsletter was sent and HBK Salon is currently in EARLY ACCESS Online Booking for existing clients and Newsletter recipients (who signed up before September 8) for the October to early December timeframe. This means, the Online Booking page is password protected and not yet open to the general public. The password will be removed from the Booking page once the Early Access booking period has ended. Please sign up to the Newsletter to be informed when Booking is open to the general public. If you are an existing client and you did not receive the Newsletter with Online Booking instructions please contact us by visiting the Contact page.

HBK is currently in the process of rebooking appointments in order of pre-lockdown appointments, then moving to my waiting list. If you did not have an appointment before the latest Ontario lockdown and would like to be added to my waiting list please send me an email to [email protected] with your name, phone number, email address and the services you are interested in. If you haven't done so already, check out my IGTV where I explain some of the changes coming to the salon. Looking forward to meeting you! ​ As stated on the COVID-19 Government of Ontario website the stay at home order will be extended until June 2, 2021. Hair by K Salon will remain closed until the Government lifts the restrictions on Personal Care services. More information will be shared here and on my social media channels. Hair by K salon expects to reopen as of 16 Feb 2021, pending Government of Ontario confirmation.

Due to the extended lockdown measures currently ending Feb 19th and with the possibility of it being extended, I will be contacting clients and rebooking their appointments once I have a confirmed reopening date. Please contact me if you have any questions or root touch up needs. I will kindly ask all existing and new client refrain from contacting hair by K salon for in person appointments until further notice. I will be posting on my site at www.hairbyksalon.com and my social media accounts when bookings will resume. I want to thank all of my clients for their patience and i cannot wait to see your beautiful faces once again. These are trying times but I thank you all for support and encouraging words 💕 Hair by K Salon is now closed for the holidays until Jan 4th!
The salon is also closed due to the grey zone provincial lockdown for 28 days starting Dec 26th. To all my clients who have appointments from Jan 4th to Jan 23rd, I will be contacting you all in order to reschedule at a later date. I ask for your patience during this time. To existing clients that want to schedule a future appointment, I ask that you please wait till the 14th of Jan to contact me, to give me the chance to rebook everyone. To any new clients wanting to book, I ask the same to wait until Jan 14th to contact me. Please note any new clients are for daytime appointments only. Evenings are at max capacity! When Hair by K Salon re-opens the new hours will be: Monday & Wednesday 9am to 9pm & Tuesday & Thursday 9am to 4pm A quick note to all clients, there will be an adjustment in prices for Balayage services once I reopen. The current prices do not rightfully reflect the service due to the length of the service and product costs. I hope you can all respect these changes. Please visit the Services page for the changes. |
